About.
Create the life you desire, you deserve it!
Megan Spears, CPO®
I am a Certified Professional Organizer® and Digital Expert.
I started Disorder2Order, LLC, in 2004 and have been a contributing member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) since then. Service is at the core of my business, and I value the relationships I have built within the organizing and productivity community.
Learning new things is at the core of my work.
In 2010, I graduated from Coach Approach Organizer Coach Training, where I learned the importance of client conversation and skills to help my clients reach their full potential. In 2012, I became a Certified Professional Organizer® (CPO®), reflecting my commitment to education and ethical responsibility to the organizing and productivity industry, but most importantly, my clients.
Meeting my clients where they are is paramount.
No pretending, and no pressure. Together, we will get curious about what truly matters to you, build traction where it counts, and experiment with tools that feel supportive and sustainable. I will be there, alongside you, as we move the project forward.
Legacy preservation is my passion project.
When we take the time to preserve our legacy, we give our loved ones an amazing gift. The time to focus on navigating their loss and savor the memories, without the pressure of untangling information. We have the chance to tell our own story and give those who come after us a sense of connection to who we were and what we did, so they can build something meaningful of their own.
Rooted by the past, and building for the future.
I grew up on the Northwest side of Chicago and moved to Oregon in 1998. My husband and I have raised two boys, navigated three big moves, lost both our parents, and are now making the transition to our next chapter. We live in Vancouver, WA, and enjoy being outdoors and traveling. I’ve spent the last 10 years working towards a more sustainable lifestyle, making small changes in my household that make a difference in the world. We have a duty to take care of the environment for the future.
In 2024, I celebrated my 20th year in business. Serving my community and my clients has been both a privilege and an honor. I deeply value the trust my clients place in me to help them achieve their organizing goals.
The Service to NAPO Award is bestowed upon a NAPO volunteer or group whose dedication and commitment to NAPO and their area of responsibility go above and beyond. The NAPO president selected the award recipient. That was me! Read about it >>
